We believe lasting results come from understanding the cause of your pain, not simply treating where it hurts. Every appointment is personalised, hands-on, and focused on helping you move better for the long term. We take the time to listen, assess how your body moves, and deliver treatment that supports your lifestyle, whether you're an athlete, work in a physically demanding job, or simply want to feel your best.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your appointment to another client who may be waiting. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee. If you have any questions or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to assist.

The right treatment schedule depends on your goals, lifestyle, and how your body is responding. If you're recovering from an injury or managing ongoing pain, you may benefit from more frequent appointments at first. If your goal is to stay mobile, recover from training, or prevent injuries, regular maintenance treatments every few weeks are often recommended. During your appointment, we'll discuss your goals and recommend a treatment plan that suits your individual needs, with no pressure or lock-in commitments.
Have a question? You're not alone. We've answered some of the questions we hear most often to help you feel confident before your appointment. If you can't find what you're looking for, please get in touch. We're always happy to help.
