Knee pain
Knee pain
Knee pain can present as a sharp niggle, persistent ache, stiffness, or a feeling of weakness and instability.
Whether it affects your squats, running, sport, physical work, or simply getting up and down stairs, knee problems can quickly interfere with how you move.
At Harkoa, we look beyond the knee itself. Restrictions through the hips, ankles, quads, hamstrings, and surrounding tissues can change how load moves through the knee and contribute to ongoing discomfort.
Your practitioner will assess your movement, symptoms, and injury history to identify areas that may need greater mobility, tissue release, or strength. Treatment combines SCT Release with slow, targeted deep tissue techniques to address muscular tension, restricted fascia, and soft tissue restrictions around the knee and surrounding areas.
Our approach focuses on restoring comfortable movement first, then building capacity. Where appropriate, targeted mobility and strengthening exercises help improve control, stability, and your body's ability to handle load.
Our goal is to help you move with less pain and get back to running, lifting, working, and doing the activities you enjoy.
